Ideally, create a test case for the test suite documenting the behaviour that
Cocoa produces, then modify GNUstep to create the same behaviour. In this
specific case, remember that GNUstep needs to work on Windows too, so must be
able to correctly handle DOS-style paths as well as UNIX-style paths.
