I think it's a port problem.  I'm going to ping brooks and see if he can fix it.

No, the problem is that the autoconf build of LLVM doesn't install the CMake 
files (which is fine), the CMake build does (which is also fine).  The port 
does the autoconf build, but then does its own install thing, so ends up with 
some nonsense.

I could add a thing to explicitly disable searching for LLVM, but that isn't 
ideal.
