same problem with the parabola i686 build of icecat 78.9.0 - the rust version
in the build environment was 1.51.0
the standard log shows hundreds of sandbox errors like:

the gnu.org homepage demonstrates the problem - on loading the web page, which has an
embedded video, the player does not load, instead the message is shown "no video
with supported format and mime type found", and the log shows this error:

then, browsing to the URL for the underlying video file
