same problem with the parabola i686 build of icecat 78.9.0 - the rust version

the standard log shows hundreds of sandbox errors like:
   Sandbox: seccomp sandbox violation: ....

the gnu.org homepage demonstrates the problem - on loading the web page, which has an
embedded video, the player does not load, instead the message is shown "no video
with supported format and mime type found", and the log shows this error:

   ###!!! [Child][RunMessage] Error: Channel closing: too late to send/recv,
messages will be lost

then, browsing to the URL for the underlying video file
(https://static.fsf.org/nosvn/videos/fight-to-repair/videos/Fight-to-Repair-720p.webm),
 the log shows these errors:

   ###!!! [Parent][MessageChannel] Error:
(msgtype=0x39012C,name=PContent::Msg_CommitBrowsingContextTransaction) Channel
error: cannot send/recv

   ###!!! [Parent][MessageChannel] Error:
(msgtype=0x390144,name=PContent::Msg_CreateWindowContext) Channel error: cannot
send/recv

   ###!!! [Parent][MessageChannel] Error:
(msgtype=0x39012C,name=PContent::Msg_CommitBrowsingContextTransaction) Channel
error: cannot send/recv

   ###!!! [Parent][MessageChannel] Error:
(msgtype=0x39012C,name=PContent::Msg_CommitBrowsingContextTransaction) Channel

   JavaScript error: resource:///modules/ContentCrashHandlers.jsm, line 50:
TypeError: browser is undefined

this is the MOZ_SANDBOX_LOGGING log:

Thank you Bill for your reply.
I hope next release fixes this issue.

PS.
Workaround: exporting MOZ_DISABLE_CONTENT_SANDBOX=1 before running IceCat.
