[Gomp-discuss] A suggestion.

 I have the suggestion that for the gomp project nothing goes in witch is not 
documented or referenced, as an absolute requirement.

 It might seem a tough suggestion, but I think it can save untold agony in the 
future, think of the algorithms used in gcc ant the forms of it's internal 
structures which is often the subject for a lot of questions from people 
wanting to get into it.
