[gpsd-dev] Problems with maia.usno.navy.mil

Hi

I'm trying to rebuild gpsd from source. The build scripts halts after
the line '<lambda>(["leapseconds.cache"], ["leapsecond.py"])'
(SConstruct line 1136).

Trying the FTP request with wget results in this:

~ (master) $ wget ftp://maia.usno.navy.mil/ser7/tai-utc.dat

Wget hangs at the 'Logging in as anonymous' line for 15 minutes before
giving up.

Is this service no longer available outside the USA? I'm from
Switzerland (IP 5.153.242.xxx/21).
