Andy, on my gnuplot, v4.6 patchlevel 4 , the command:

    plot  "loopstats" using ($2):($3):($5) with yerrorbars 2

gives an error.  Omitting the "2" at the end works.

Is this a gnuplot version issue, or something I am doing wrong (I have no experience with gnuplot, except loading files to generate graphs).
