Thanks.
Does this make sense?
gpsd:RAW: PPS pps-detect on /dev/ttyUSB0 invisible pulse
gpsd:PROG: PPS edge: 1, cycle: 999930 uSec, duration: 0 uSec @
1387072597.001219030
gpsd:RAW: PPS edge accepted invisible pulse
gpsd:INFO: PPS hooks called with accepted 1387072597.001219030 offset
-0.001219030
gpsd:PROG: PPS edge accepted 1387072597.001219030 offset -0.001219030
gpsd:RAW: PPS pps-detect on /dev/ttyUSB0 invisible pulse
gpsd:PROG: PPS edge: 0, cycle: 999903 uSec, duration: 0 uSec @
1387072597.521167300
gpsd:RAW: PPS edge rejected this second already handled
I assume "invisible pulse" means one that is narrow enough so that it has
switched back to the initial state by the time gpsd gets a chance to look at
things, perhaps because it's spending a lot of time printing stuff out.
I expect this PPS to be 1/2 second wide. I've seen it use the wrong edge.
Right now, gpsmon is missing most of the pulses.
