Yo All!

FYI, xgps has had some changes.  The starting point was to remove a
lot of deprecated PyGTK functions.  They are all gone now.  Which led
to unavoidable formatting changes, which led to avoidable formatting
changes, and some new menu items.  A few things still bug me, but a
good time for some more eyes to look at it.

Please test, and suggest improvements.
