Yo All!

As requested, many months back, the gpsd revision is now stored just
one place (SConstruct) and all usage of it is now automatic.

Made possible by templating the python files.

As a bonus revision.h is gone.  The one variable it had (REVISION) is
now moved into gpsd_config.h
