Yup, so gpsd kills the connection to the client.  One death begets
another.  The same data that came in (death) is the same data that
went out (death).

As I said before, we can debate what it right or correct, but that is
what it has always done.

As always, suggestions on what to do instead are welcome.  Even better if
the suggestion comes with a patch.
