    doc/ms.ms: Hack "Document control settings" style.
    
    * Tighten wording of introductory paragraph.  The page (in PS/PDF
      rendered form) will be packed completely full by the time I land all
      my changesets.
    * Use a boxed, centered table for the ".ds FR" example.
