    Contents:
    * Recast description of `.br`.
    * Quote request names when confusable with English words.
    
    Style:
    * Use U.S.-style quotation instead of U.K. style.
    
    Markup:
    * Use two empty requests between paragraphs.
    * Break input lines after commas.
