    Content:
    * Rename subsection "Intermediate output format" to "Formatter output
      incompatibilities".
    * Add self to list of this document's authors.
    
    Style:
    * Recast.
    
    Markup:
    * Annotate a research item.
    * Use `P` instead of `PP` macro.
    * Apply poor man's keep to beautify dead-tree pagination.
