I took the discussion off-list because I thought not everyone had an
interest on the gory details.
The conclusion is: If you grab the CVS sources as of March 8 2002, 7:30 am
UTC, you can compile groff out-of-the-box under Cygwin 1.3.10 with gcc
2.95.3-5 (Cygwin special) either with byacc or with bison v1.33.
I thank Werner publicly for his patience with my bickering. ;)
