So you're saying that the first .ps in the groff file generates
an HTML <BASEFONT> tag -- probably <BASEFONT="3">? What if
the groff source includes a new .ps value? Are the groff .ps
numbers mapped to HTML values somewhere?
(yes, I'm making some notes towards new writing...)
