[Groff] UTP Author?

Is the UTP you're working on the Dougherty/O'Reilly one?
I had thought it was the Kaare Christian book of the same
name but the description at www.troff.org for the Dougherty/
O'Reilly book seems to match the story I'm hearing.

It sounds like you're about ready for me to start editing
these pages?  What are the mechanics of this?  I seem to have
a working groff on my system -- just can't build the latest one
or read the non-manpage docs.  But people could send me the raw
files and I could run them here for editing, or you could build
them and put them on a web site from which I can grab them.

Depends a little whether you want me to actually fix problems
in the files or just flag them and notify the chapter owner...
