[Groff] hyphenation exceptions

Dear friends,


groff has now improved hyphenation: Mechanically derived from the
latest version of Barbara Beeton's hyphenation exception log article
(which appears irregularly in TUGBoat, the TeX Users Group magazine),
almost 900 hyphenation exceptions have been added.  In most cases,
those exceptions don't fix incorrect hyphenation but add some
breakpoints not found by the hyphenation algorithm.

The exceptions are in file `hyphenex.us'.
