Thanks for clarifying.  Sorry you had to do it twice;  Mike must have
forwarded my off-list email from earlier to the list so there was some
duplication.

I could only find two books on C++ when I bought my first and only one.
Stroustrup's and Dewhurst & Stark's.  I read the latter and decided I'd
stick with C.  :-)
