Well! A couple of years ago I had a go!

I wrote a script which converted the info, ms, and man formats to a file you 
can run through groff 
with the ms macro. The result is here:-

Not sure there is any real benefit, just the satisfaction of knowing groff can 
produce its own 
documentation!
