in case you have not read the past discussions last year, that statement was not
necessarily to suggest rejecting submissions from debian - i am only suggesting
to treat debian the same as any other non-FSDG distro, as greatly prone to
false-positives - i have proposed a way to accept submissions from any distro,
reliably
even FSDG distros can yield false-positives; so i tend to prefer a plan that
eliminates false-positives - though it would take some work; there is no
inherent reason to white-list or to exclude any distros
