[h5md-user] VMD plugin

Hi everybody!

The H5MD plugin for VMD starts to work! You can get its source code here:

  https://github.com/jonaslandsgesell/VMD-h5mdplugin.git

To compile it, adapt "Makefile" and run "make". This should work on any
Unix that has VMD and HDF5 installed.

Then you can add the following line to your ~/.vmdrc (replace the
directory to where you have compiled it):

        vmd_plugin_scandirectory /PATH_TO_SO_DIRECTORY/ *.so

And you are ready to go...

Attached, find a simple rendering of the sample h5md file.
