[h5md-user] H5MD "project" on github?

Hi everybody!

I want to suggest to create a github organization "h5md" where we bundle
all the different h5md-related repositories (h5md, VMD-h5mdplugin,
h5md-tools, pyh5md, h5xx, f90h5md). Then we could use it as the official
point of distribution for the various packages (maybe besides h5md
itself, which uses Savannah as the main repo).

An organization has the advantage that several people can administrate
it, several people can obtain push permissions to the repo, etc.
Furthermore, we would have a single location for all h5md-related repos
instead of several personal repos.

I am willing to set up all necessary things and put Felix, Peter and
Pierre as administrators, if you agree.
