Details:
In GNU Health, localized files for some languages are not correctly named, and
so they won't be actually used. For example, Persian files are named "fa.po"
in GNU Health, while Tryton expects full language code, fa_IR.po in this case.
Therefore, it seems that all Persian .po files should be renamed to fa_IR.po
rather than fa.po. The same thing is probably true for it.po and el.po.
