[Health-dev] Adding patient without adding in the party

Hi! I've seen in the patient modules that when you add a patient for the first 
time,there is still a need to add party(contact details of the patient) before 
you can proceed with the patient medical details.

I would want to ask whether it is possible to just add directly to the 
patient's module without going to the add party.If that's so, how?
