Thanks for the info ! The information about mental status that comes from the
evaluation is specific to the context of that medical encounter.
Chronic cognitive impairment conditions should be recorded on the patient
diseases list. Both events are non-exclusive, and complementary.
Related to this, I'm tempted to include the mini-mental test in 3.0
