Follow-up Comment #3, task #13951 (project health):
Dear community
Please see the sample view of the new DU tree view. Notice that the address
province, distric, city municipality, ... are now encoded in the subdivision.
This approach is much better from a demographic and epidemiological
perspective, as well as minimizes typing and human error.
This will be available starting 3.2. But is important than current
implementations start to encode their subdvisions in the DU.
