[Health-dev] Date not selecting in gnu health

Dear health-dev team
I have installed gnuhealth-3.2.10 but for some reason I when I select 
the date whether for date of birth or fiscal year or appointment the 
date does not register.
The field remains blank and I am unable to save the changes.
Could you please assist me.
