Just a reminder to the agile software manifesto (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Agile_software_development#The_Manifesto_for_Agile_Software_Development):
"Working software over comprehensive documentation"
meaning in this context: if a user runs into an error, the software should immediately offer a solution instead of RTFM ("read the f*cking manual")
