The message "SM-CORE-0007: There is no health professional associated to this
user", by itself does not prevent further actions, unless specified.
I agree that in the case of the appointment, if the user that is creating the
appointment is not a health professional, and the underlying permissions allow
them to do so, then there is no reason to show the warning message.
For this, I have included the "required" argument to the method, so we can
pass it with the value of False in cases where is optional, thus, avoiding the
message.
