Details:

Two packages (nursing and stock) had still the older method to retrieve the
health professional, which is not compatible with the new core on 4.x

You would get something like:
File "/trytond/modules/health_nursing/health_nursing.py", line 417, in
end_session
    signing_hp = HealthProfessional.get_health_professional()
