[Health-dev] asking for help to create an OPS-module

Hello everyone,

I want to create a Module for the current OPS version. OPS is just a 
German modification of ICPM. I only have the equivalent to data/icpm.xml 
from the health_icpm module. The problem is I have no idea of where to 
start and what to do.

I would appreciate it if someone could help or guide me.
