Indeed, this would greatly improve performance at initialization / update
processes.
We have large datafiles (ICD10, proteins, procedures, ...) that definitely
will benefit from it :)
We'll include it on 4.2.
PS: Savane used to have the functionality to convert a bug to a task... seems
like the latest version does not have it (or I don't see it).. I will ask and
get back to you... otherwise, we'll open a task on this.
