Yes, the main idea is to use Python packages from pypi as the main
source for the GH related libraries.

In addition, configuration files for GNU health, Postgres, certs ...
will share a common path to all operating systems.

I am excited about the new installation approach and I believe is going
to further simplify the GH installation and administration tasks.
