The strength field mainly is used in concentrations / solutions for an
specific active component.

In the case of composite drugs, as in the case of some anti-TB meds,
you indicate the ratios on the composition and / or extra info fields.

For instance, look at the anti-TBC ethambutol + isoniazid (INH) tablets
from the WHO essential list of meds.

You will find it at the extra info tab :

Tablet: 400 mg + 150 mg.

Normally, when using specific med, it would also be include it in
the code of the product.
