I use the standard installation, but it seems like your problem might be
related to the following bug & message :

1) https://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?56963
2) https://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/health/2019-10/msg00010.html

Make sure you have the latest unoconv in your path.
