[Health] openSUSE Leap 15.6 with GNU Health 4.4 released

Hello everybody,

I'm happy to announce the release of openSUSE Leap 15.6, the latest update of 
the openSUSE Long-Term-Support Release.

Download from https://get.opensuse.org/leap/15.6/

Beside many improvements, it comes with GNU Health 4.4, Orthanc 1.12 and a full 
update of the Python-Stack to Python 3.11

As usual, you can run an online upgrade using zypper:
zypper clean
zypper --releasever=15.6 ref
zypper --releasever=15.6 dup
(and dont forget to reboot)
