  Do a cfengine -p -v and you'll see that the network numbers get
  classified, as long as your netmask is simple:

  mygroup = ( 129_0_0 128_39_89 )

  This really goes by IP address, so you might have to combine, e.g.

  netwmask254group = ( 128_39_74 128_39_75 )
