platforms supported by flex

Hello Sir,

I am using flex and bison for parsing the files. I have downloaded the
flex software from GNU site & have installed on Linux & UNIX. 
There is no problem. But when i installed it on NT (as they have given
the makefile for NT), it is not finding inttypes.h file which is used
in parse.y file while i am running the makefile using nmake utility in
Windows. 
So can you please tell me on which all platforms flex can be run and on
which all platforms the C code generated by flex can be run.
