Ack,

My conscience has reminded me that my extruciating schedule
(2 imminent conferences speaking, 2 imminent conferences 
organizing, plus full teaching and a couple of recent 
catastrophes, not those in the US) has lowered my politeness 
threshold. I apologise for my irritability in recent emails.

I plan to try to assign a student project to
building a better documentation system on the web
after christmas. Hopefully this will help. 
Also there is talk of an O'Reilly book 
(What am I getting myself into?!)

But I was serious about showing up at LISA to discuss
these issues.
