2.0.b3 released

b3 is out. I think this should be the last beta version, apart
from remaining compilation difficulties/fixes.

If you send bug fixes for compilation, please do not edit
the files

  configure
  cfparse.c
  cflex.c

These files are generated by 3rd party software based on the
files

 configure.ac
 cfparse.y
 cflex.l.in

The only file anyone should need to alter at this stage is
configure.ac. For Mac OSX, I shall try to find a way of
compiling without pthreads. Does anyone know the likelihood
of pthreads being fixed?
