Windows support

Does anyone have any information on the current status of Cfengine 2
on Windows, specifically 2K server?  The documentation says that file
copying works, but it's unclear about the rest.

In particular, are shellcommands supported?  If so, I can probably
work around anything else that isn't supported by writing some Windows
Scripting Host stuff, distributing it via "copy", and running it as a
"shellcommand".
