silly user id??

Has anyone seen an error like this:

cf:cfengine::/var/cfengine/inputs/cfagent.conf:115: Unknown or silly user id

I get this message on my policy host when I try to run cfagent. All the
other clients 
work fine, but the policy host shows this error. 

Line 115 where the error occurs is something like this:


114   editfiles:
115     lserver::
116       { /etc/crontab
117          AppendIfNoSuchLine "30 * * * * root /var/cfengine/bin/cfexecd
-F"
118       }

Any ideas or help greatly appreciated.
