RE: cfenvd dumping core

I have upgraded to 2.1.15. cfenvd still dumps core when sent a SIGTERM. I
now believe the failure of all 3 daemons is related to the use of
copy.ExpireAfter3 in update.conf. When the daemons try to restart after
expiring and replacing the configuration files.
