No "Re:" prefix at the start of the subject. :)
This is a new feature I just added and I did not want it to merge
unrelated things by mistake, so it is a bit conservative. Eg I could
imagine someone wanting to creating a new report by replying to an old
one and changing the subject, but not clearing the References headers.
