C-x v v runs the command vc-next-action
which is an interactive compiled Lisp function in `vc'.
(vc-next-action VERBOSE)

This is a vc command. It is not calling the corresponding clearcase.el functions.
There is something in the clearcase.el documentation about problems with vc.
Is C-x v v supposed to work with the new clearcase.el as well?
