I downloaded the tar file (global-4.0.1.tar.gz), and built the executables.
However, when I run gtags in the src directory, I get the following error:

     "gctags: no input files specified"

On completion, the files GTAGS, GRTAGS, and GSYMS, are all of size 0 bytes.

I subsequently executed htags which then produced the HTML dir tree, and
was able to use the browser on this. However, the hyper links were missing.
Can you help?
