Where is search capability?

To whom it may concern

I have recently downloaded and built Global 4.0.1 on WIndows NT 4.0 and it 
works nicely.

However, when I refer to the example HTML shown on the Global Home Page, 
that page uses frames and includes a search facility. Is this something 
that is included with the Global 4.0.1 distribution? Is there any notes on 
how to get my generated HTML to allow search capability?
