Please, contact Oracle support for a solution.

The current version of Oracle is 12.1.0.2.0. So maybe you will have to
upgrade.

It could help to place the path to SQLLib80.dll at the beginning of the
path defined in environment variable PATH.

Please, append a line to your model with:
