RE: TAGS in win32 emacs

Neil,

Etags.exe gets a list of your source files (C, Lisp, hatever). It recognizes
automatically what type they are (or you can specify that explicitly) and
creates a TAGS file (or another name&path that you specify) as output.

Ex.: etags.exe foo.c boo.c
