I was wondering if its possible to do a mixed case
conversion of exisiting data from UPPERcase and able
to do the conversion on a comment field. ie. A string
of words in a sentence that the user has typed in in
all UPPERcase. I would like to have the conversion
take place so it will be able to tell difference
between a proper noun and capitalize the first letter
and other patterns in the phrase/sentence as well as
knowing the natural language pattern of a sentence and
put in proper capitalization
As well, I would like to know if Emacs has ODBC and/or
SQL server integration so that i can use my existing
SQL database with these methods as mentioned above.
If anyone else has any other alternate suggestions, i
would much appreciate your help.
Thanks.
